Serial entrepreneur and co-founder of multiple companies in the field of communication and events, he headed Centoeventi and the CEV Holding group companies for several years until the takeover by the SG Company Group, where he managed the special projects and format division and of which he is still Business Partner. During this time, he was overseeing the strategies and operations for multiple brands, international start-up projects, focusing in particular on regulated markets, entertainment, and food & beverage.
He has been teaching at the Academy of Communication for more than 10 years and is an active member of Italian Angels for Growth, one of Italy’s foremost business angel groups, where he is responsible for sustainability verticals. He has direct stakes in numerous start-ups in the Tourism, Entertainment, Food & Beverage and Communication industries.
He joined Lifegate in 2021, as co-founder of Lifegate way, the first ecosystem of sustainable start-ups with the mission of creating the first Italian hub aiming at open innovation in the sustainability sector, promoting the values of impact investing.
He was one of the co-founders of LifeGate Spa in April 2000, and was initially responsible for establishing LifeGate Radio and then for the digital evolution of the platform and social media.
His managerial and communication experience, culminating in the creation of a community that today counts over 5 million people, enabled him to acquire the languages, methods and tools devised for a target sensitive to sustainable development issues.

Hyphen gained such a great reputation as creative and digital partner that in 2001 it was acquired by Ogilvy. This was an exciting new adventure for Guerino who became Managing Director of OgilvyOne and OgilvyInteractive.
In July 2005, Guerino was appointed Chairman and CEO of the Ogilvy & Mather Group Italy and in November 2018, hebecame Chairman of Ogilvy Italy and joined Ogilvy’s Consulting practice in EMEA, specialising in Digital Transformation Engagements.
He has been the Chairman of LifeGate Cansulting and Media since 2020.
